Keybinds

Your family

Every shortcut that ships with iNiR, read from its Niri binds each time this site is built. Super is the Windows key; Niri’s config calls it Mod.

Your own binds go in ~/.config/niri/config.d/90-user-extra.kdl, which updates never touch. SettingsShortcuts (Material), Waffle SettingsShortcuts and iRiS SettingsHomeKeyboard shortcuts list and add them too, and inir bind does it from a terminal.

Session and Niri

SuperShiftE Quit Niri, with a confirmation
SuperEscape Turn shortcut inhibiting on or off, for apps like remote desktop clients

Columns and sizes

SuperR Cycle the column width: 1/3, 1/2, 2/3
SuperCtrlR Reset the window height
SuperC Centre the column
SuperMinus · SuperEqual Narrow or widen the column by 10%
SuperShiftMinus · SuperShiftEqual Shorten or heighten the window by 10%
Super[ · Super] Pull the next window into this column, or push it out to its own

Focus
